What happens after I subscribe?

Once you subscribe, we create a custom branded website, called a "landing page", for your practice. You'll get an email from us when your landing page is set up and instructions on how to get started inviting your patients to leave you reviews.

Can I have more than one of my practice locations under one account?

You can group practice locations under the same account. You'll need a Review Wizards subscription for each location. Be sure to enter the quantity of subscriptions you'll need when checking out. We'll create a landing page for each of your practice locations and link them under the same account. Each landing page is linked to the review profiles for that specific location, so a subscription is required for each location.

How does my landing page get created?

We have an in-house developer that creates your landing page. They will add all of your review links, and customization.

How long does it take to be up and running once I subscribe?

Your landing page and Review Wizards account is usually set up and ready to use the next business day after you subscribe. You will receive an email notifiying you that your account has been set up. You'll be asked to verify the default links to review sites on your landing page and let us know if you need us to add additional links or make any updates. You'll be able to begin inviting your patients as soon as you're ready to start!

What is a shortname and how does it apply to me?

The shortname is a shortened version of your practice name that is included in the web address of your landing page. Your shortname is also your username to log into The LinkWizard tool. This makes it easy to remember. Be sure to reference your shortname when you contact us for support!

How do I get changes made to my landing page?

If you'd like to update your landing page with a new logo, change in practice name or shortname, or add/remove links to review sites, simply email us through our contact page.

What review sites should I use on Review Wizards?

Review Wizards can support any review site that you wish to add. We recommend better known review sites such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, Health Grades, etc. You get to choose which review sites you want your reviewers to select from. Use the best review sites for your practice.

Does Review Wizards own my reviews?

No, The reviews are owned by the review platform. Most review platform retain the rights to online reviews.

Does Review Wizards Follow HIPPA laws?

HIPPA prohibits sharing information such as the individual's past, present or future physical or mental health or condition, the provision of health care to the individual, or the past, present, or future payment for the provision of health care to the individual. Review Wizards does not share this information with the public, Review Wizards is a format to help clients leave reviews on digital formats.

Can we share our landing page in another language besides English?

You can present your landing page and review site instructions in any of the languages listed below, or give your customers the option to select their preferred language. Just let us know what languages you'd like to make available for your patients.
